Use the entry that matches your issue for the fastest handling; for general questions, just come chat in the Steam group.

Find your case first

Different issues go through different channels — not for the sake of procedure, but because different people handle them and each needs different material. Picking from the table below is much faster than asking around in the Steam group.

General Questions & Site Feedback

For general questions and site feedback, contact the community maintainers through the Steam Group.

You can also email [email protected].

The Steam group is the fastest route because that is where the maintainers already are. When you ask there, include the server name and a rough time — far more useful than "that server just now".

The maintainers are players, not a support desk, and there is no duty roster. Replies come faster in the evenings and at weekends; daytime may take a while. Even for something urgent, leave one message rather than repeating yourself.

Reports & Appeals

For player conduct issues, use Report Player. To challenge an existing sanction, use Appeal Ban.

Before writing a report or appeal, reading this first saves a lot of back-and-forth: How to write a report or ban appeal

Site Issues & Suggestions

If a page won't load, a feature misbehaves, or you have suggestions, submit a bug report or leave a message in the full portal.

Content Corrections

Found something in the handbook that no longer matches the current server configuration? Tell us which page and which paragraph; we will verify it, update the content, and stamp the review date.

Include these three things when reporting an error — it makes verification fastest:

  • The page URL, or the title plus the section heading. "That one in the knowledge base" is not something we can find.
  • What you actually observed. For example: "the article says !rmatch restarts the round, but on server 3 today it did not".
  • The server name and roughly when. Configuration is per-server, so the same sentence may well be correct on a different one.

After verifying we amend the text and move that page's last-reviewed date forward; larger changes get a line in the update log.

Privacy and data

To find out what data this site collects and how cookies and ads are used, read the privacy policy first. To request deletion or correction of records tied to your SteamID, also contact the maintainers through the Steam group and say which kind of data you mean.
